“Signed up at DSTRCT-04 just under a year ago and it is easily the best decision I have made for my health. The trainers are very welcoming, approachable and knowledgeable and the classes are a vibe! “Mat’s built something really special here. It’s not just a gym, it’s a space that makes you want to show up day after day. The programming is thought out, challenging, and focused on making real progress. There’s a big emphasis on technique and doing things properly - you’re pushed to be your best, but always with purpose and care.
The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They notice the little things, back you when you need it, and have a super power for knowing exactly what kind of support you need on any given day. It never feels intimidating - always like you’re in safe, capable hands.
On top of that, the community at DSTRCT is welcoming, down-to-earth, and full of good humans who want to show up, do the work, and support each other along the way. No egos - just great people, good energy and perfect playlists.
I’ve noticed a huge increase in my strength and fitness since starting at DSTRCT - both physically and mentally, I’m in a completely different place. Mat and the DSTRCT team have changed the way I train, the way I think about gyms, and how I feel in my body.
